With December approaching, the L360 team spotlight their favourite articles of the year, as well as what they’re looking forward to in 2026.
Hard to believe but December is almost upon us — 2025 has virtually disappeared into the rear-view mirror, but what a fantastic year it’s been for Living360, from hosting our first live online event to launching our The 360 Edit — a new cornerstone of the website.
I can’t mention highlights without spotlighting the Made to Move campaign, which continues to address the issues that women face in fitness and sports. For the latest MTM article, click here.
The team took some time to select the favourite topics they’ve worked on over the past 12 months. See below for what they chose, plus our honourable mentions.
Living360’s favourite articles of 2025
Priya Raj, content editor
“Social clubs became a burgeoning trend in 2025, as young people continue to combat loneliness – especially in cities like London.
I loved highlighting the clubs that are making waves in the capital for this piece, as well as why their founders decided to start a new community.”

Katie Sipp-Hurley, assistant editor
“My AI therapy bot piece was a real highlight for me, because it touches on so many themes that feel urgent today: mental health, AI and our growing reliance on digital solutions.”
I’m wary of AI, so speaking with experts Dr Katie Barge and Chris Lomas was invaluable. Hearing them explain how AI therapy bots operate not only deepened my understanding but also gave me a clearer sense of the nuances involved. Setting these findings alongside someone’s first-person account of using the bots felt especially worthwhile. It was gratifying to contribute to a conversation I suspect we’ll be returning to for years to come.

Evelyn Richards, acting deputy editor
“As I embarked on training for my first ever marathon, this piece provided me with a great opportunity to speak to representatives from leading cycle tracking services like Clue & Natural Cycles. I used the chance to call for them to sync the apps with running plans so that women’s menstrual cycles can be accounted for when training for a marathon.
Women aren’t just smaller versions of men; we have our own unique biology, physiology and psychology and that needs to be acknowledged, celebrated and supported.”

Anna Evdokimou, acting editor
“Watching Living360’s Made to Move campaign gain momentum across the UK has been a real highlight for me in 2025. We’ve interviewed countless athletes and experts to uncover the sports where women thrive, as well as expose the barriers continuing to prevent us from progressing.
If I must pick just one article to spotlight, it’s our first content piece, where I interviewed Olympic cyclist Lizzie Deignan to discuss the impact of periods on female athletes.
The issue is personal to her — and many other female athletes — and I felt so proud that Living360 was able to shine a light on that.”

Honourable mentions
‘I thought I was going to die’ — meet the women misdiagnosed with PCOS
“This was an emotional one to research and write. Tamika is an outspoken advocate for women’s health misdiagnosis and really helped me to shed light on this underreported issue.” – Evie.
‘I spent 72 hours alone in an off-grid cabin — this is what happened’
“Having never even been on holiday by myself, that element of the experience alone felt quite nerve-wracking — let alone navigating the three days without a phone or any other technology.
I left feeling genuinely refreshed, and writing the piece clarified things further: how valuable it is to take a step back and reset from the constant need to be switched on all the time.” – Katie.
The best jewellery advent calendars for 2025
“Advent calendars are a wonderful way to zoom out and see the lifestyle trends in one snapshot. Dainty demi-fine jewellery is certainly on the up this year, as the L360 roundup shows.” – Priya.
‘I visited Spain’s best-kept secret — it felt like a private sanctuary’
“Experiencing Valldemossa felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me, and I encourage everyone to pay a visit to the mountains of Majorca if they can. Most Brits visiting the island tend to flock to Palma, so it’ll feel like your own little secret paradise once you’re up there.” – Anna.
