Soho House Chiswick Run Club, Chiswick

Join personal trainer and expert runner Sarah Campus for a scenic 5k along the Thames. This run includes a goody bag and a complimentary protein smoothie from Soho House Chiswick afterwards — yes, really.

Swifty Mondays, Bermondsey

Beat the Monday blues with this free, fun and social run club. Every week, the group tackles a 6k route along the Thames before heading for a well-earned drink nearby. Expect good vibes and friendly faces.

Richmond Run Club, Richmond

With almost 1,000 members, Richmond Run Club has become a staple of London’s running scene.

Choose from 5k, 8k or 10k distances, then enjoy 20% off your drink at the White Cross pub afterwards.

Peckham Pacers, Peckham

One of London’s coolest running crews, Peckham Pacers hosts three weekly sessions and regular events. The Wednesday and Sunday runs are free, and all sessions come with great community spirit (and post-run drinks, obviously).

  • Mondays at 8pm, Southwark Park Athletic Track, speed class (paid event)
  • Wednesdays at 7pm, Eko Brewery in Copeland Park, 7k run
  • Saturdays at 10am, Crank Gym at Copeland Park, 10k run

Runners are invited to hang around after their runs for a beer or coffee.

Bermondsey Street Runners, Bermondsey

Join this friendly community for runs ranging from 5k to 21k. There are multiple weekly meetups, from midweek jogs to early morning long runs — perfect for all levels.

  • Fridays at 7.20am, Tanner Street Park, 5k

Brand new to running? This community is designed just for you. Zero to Hero Runners’ 12-week Zero to 5k programme helps beginners build fitness safely and confidently — and you’ll be cheered on every step of the way.

You ‘graduate’ after completing your first Parkrun, with many alumni going on to run even further, and plenty of members completing marathons and beyond.
