Rat

“Those born during the Year of the Rat are seen as charming and quick-witted,” Inbaal explains. “Rats may struggle to acclimatise to the hardworking atmosphere of the Horse.” To help with this, Inbaal suggests setting your own personal goals that feel suited to you.

Ox

It’s good news for all those born in the Year of the Ox, as — according to Inbaal — the year will “fit them like a glove”.

“People born during the Year of the Ox are viewed as patient and determined. Ox-borns will achieve and succeed during the Horse year, as they’re no strangers to hard work.”

Tiger

2026 will work well for Tigers, who are notoriously brave and competitive.

Inbaal explains that Tigers share similar traits to Horses, and that the confident energy of 2026 can be harboured in their favour.

Rabbit

According to Inbaal, those born in the Year of the Rabbit are gentle and compassionate, so this year may feel slightly daunting.

“[They should] surround themselves with friends who perhaps aren’t as gentle and tackle the year as a team.”

Dragon

Dragons are confident and enthusiastic, according to Inbaal, who says they’ll feel right at home this year.

“Their confidence will be enhanced by all the social events that the year has to offer.”

Horse

As you’d expect, this year is ideal for Horses.

“If you’re 12, 24 or 36 this year, you’ll be feeling stronger than ever. Ages 48, 60 and 72 will enjoy the fruits of their past labours, and those lucky enough to hit the milestones of 84 or 96 will feel comforted by the life they’ve built,” Inbaal explains.

Goat

“People born during the Year of the Goat are viewed as calm and creative. The Year of the Horse is ambitious and powerful, and Goats might feel overwhelmed by the weight of expectations,” says Inbaal.

Inbaal suggests that Goats to surround themselves by other creatives to feel their best this year.

Snake

Folk born during the Year of the Snake are known as wise and intuitive. The Horse is quite energetic and demanding, as well as being physically active, while the Snake prefers to work smarter, not harder.”

To combat this, Inbaal says it’s important for Snakes to speak louder if they want to be acknowledged.

Monkey

Akin to the animal itself, those born in the Year of the Monkey tend to be witty and curious.

“Even though the Year of the Horse is kind of intense, it’s hard to keep a good Monkey down. Monkeys are playful and prefer to take things easy,” Inbaal explains. So don’t get down if the year feels unnatural to you.

She adds that Monkeys should rise to the challenge of standing strong and being more ambitious.

Rooster

“Roosters live life with a no-nonsense, straight-to-the-point attitude, which is exactly the vibe that the Horse year brings to the table,” Inbaal says. So, it’ll be easy for Roosters to find their way this year.

Dog

“People born during the Year of the Dog are viewed as loyal and honest. Horses and Dogs aren’t so different, both named after two of man’s greatest allies in the animal kingdom,” says Inbaal.

Dogs will feel their qualities enhanced this year and will find they’re more inclined to work hard and form deeper connections.

Pig

Inbaal explains that the Year of the Horse is independent and free, while those born in Pig years are generous and diligent.

“Pigs will need to work on their confidence if they’re to make the most of the Horse year,” she says.
