A new season is often accompanied by renewed enthusiasm for wellbeing, so why not make it a shared experience? This summer, connect with others and try new things at London’s assortment of wellness events.
A sense of community, education, personal growth and meeting likeminded individuals are all crucial to wellbeing, especially if you’re living in a big city like London. And in a place that inspires dogged devotion to ‘the grind’, wellbeing is, understandably, reasonably high on many people’s priority lists.
Be it yoga in a park or the relentless pursuit of personal development, there are many ways to nurture mind, body and spirit. Here, we pick out the best events where you can do just that over spring and summer in the city.
