Bars with multiple locations

The Real Greek

For shots with a difference, head to one of 40+ The Real Greek locations. For Dry January, they are offering diners a complimentary shot of Greek extra virgin olive oil. This tradition taps into the local belief that celebrates olive oil as the foundation to gut health and longevity. Truly delicious and nutritious!

This activation is paired with The Real Greek’s classic menu of hummus, tzatziki, souvlaki and salads. Jordan Hawoth, a Gastrointestinal Physiologist, explains “Taking a ceremonial shot like this is not only rooted in ancient Greek tradition, but also one of the biggest wellness trends we expect to see in 2026.”

Dishoom indian restaurant in London with non alcoholic drinks

Dishoom

You probably know Dishoom for its incredible Indian menu, but it’s also got one of the city’s best mocktail lists. The Teetotal Tipples menu is extensive, featuring drinks like the Teetotal Espresso Martini and Sober Negroni, which both capture the spirit of the original cocktails. However, they aren’t the stars of the show.

The real winners here are the traditional Indian-inspired drinks. The Kala Khatta sharbat delivers a proper sour punch with kokum fruit juice, chilli and citrus, while various other sweet sharbats give you options beyond the usual fruit juice suspects.

For more information, visit Dishoom.

Swingers

Sometimes the best way to navigate Dry January is to do something that doesn’t revolve entirely around what’s in your glass. Swingers offers crazy golf courses with a side of alcohol-free drinks, including collaborations with Clean Co, Spencer Matthew’s non-alcohol spirits brand.

The courses are Instagram friendly, kitschy and genuinely fun. It’s the kind of place where not drinking feels incidental rather than the whole point of the evening.

For more information, visit Swingers.
