UBA, Shoreditch

This stunning restaurant is in Shoreditch’s Hart Hotel but instantly transports diners to East Asia with its red interiors and glowing lanterns.

Indulge in a four-course Pan-Asian Express Lunch for just £19, including traditional dim sum. Menu highlights include prawn har gow, Korean fried chicken and soba noodles.

Dine under £30

Lucky Cat Bishopsgate

Gordon Ramsay’s newest restaurant will be opening on 3 February in 22 Bishopsgate, one of London’s tallest office buildings.

Guests at Lucky Cat will be able to enjoy delicious food and exciting drinks while being wowed by the breathtaking views of the London skyline, taking in the likes of including Tower Bridge, The Shard and St Paul’s Cathedral.

The Express Menu is just £29 for two courses or three courses for £34, with highlights including typhoon tofu salad, beef gyoza, teriyaki salmon and mochi.

Vatavaran

Helmed by chef Rohit Ghai, Vatavaran is inspired by the vibrant landscapes of the Indian subcontinent, featuring dishes infused with the spices and herbs native to the Himalayan region and Indian landscape.

The lunchtime set menu offers two courses for £25 or three for £30, and features salmon tikka, chicken pepper fry and palak paneer

Piazza

With stunning views over Covent Garden, Piazza — located on the fifth floor of the Royal Opera House — is a fabulous choice for lunch in town, and its lunch menu offers great value, with either two courses for £26 or three for £34.

This season’s menu highlights include beetroot-cured salmon, chargrilled bavette steak with peppercorn sauce and a dark chocolate mousse with honeycomb and caramel cream.

The restaurant does not require a ticket to a show at the Royal Opera House to enter, and walk-ins are welcome.

Kapara is the latest venture from ex-Ottolenghi chef Eran Tibi. The restaurant is effortlessly chic, with interiors just begging to be posted to your Instagram story.

Pavyllon London

Looking for a luxury deal this February that won’t break the bank? Try Michelin-starred Pavyllon London’s ‘lunch in 55’, a special four-course lunch for just £55.50, served in 55 minutes.

Highlights include steamed cheddar souffle, smoked eel salad with a white wine dressing and a mandarin iced parfait for dessert.

Sam’s Riverside Restaurant

In need of a date night idea? A pair of diners can enjoy two courses and a bottle of wine to share at this Hammersmith restaurant for £70. The menu features dishes such as hot smoked salmon with potato salad, and bavette steak with blue cheese sauce.

There’s also an oyster happy hour, where guests can enjoy half-price oysters in the early evenings during the week.
