Improve the taste and quality of your water for less with these Brita dupes — some are almost half the price of the real thing.
Water filters can help to improve the taste of tap water, as well as remove traces of contaminants such as chlorine, pesticides and microplastics, and protect other appliances like kettles and coffeemakers. They also help reduce the use of plastic bottles, so are generally quite eco-friendly.
When people think of water filter jugs, Brita is usually the brand that comes to mind. And while it might seem relatively inexpensive at first glance, the continuous filter cartridge replacements will eventually make a dent in your bank account.
The good news is that there are a few perfectly functional alternatives that do the job just as well. Here, we rate our top Brita dupes that deliver quality filtration while being a little gentler on your wallet.
