Returning for its fourth year on Saturday, 10 October 2026, PAUSE Live will bring together women from across the UK in the heart of London.

Anyone who’s experienced the event will know just how incredible the energy in the room gets, as women come together to hear directly from experts, ask their questions and learn how they can improve their relationships, sleep, energy and overall wellbeing.

Many of the symptoms women experience throughout their lives are often ignored or brushed off as ‘hormones’, but understanding the root cause of shifts can help to better understand your overall health and body.

This year, Living360 is partnering with PAUSE Live so you can meet our editors at the event and benefit from our exclusive reader discount code.

What can I expect from PAUSE Live?

For 2026, speakers include TV presenter Cherry Healey, alongside menopause advocates Nina Ambrose and Michelle Ford. Meanwhile, women’s health specialist Professor Joyce Harper will lead the learning on the Educational Stage, guiding audiences through the science of hormones and real-life solutions.

As well as the talks, you’ll be able to attend workshops that delve into a variety of topics, from PMDD and endometriosis to ADHD in women and relationship guidance. All are available to book after ticket selection.

Finally, the venue will also host over 70 women’s health brands, allowing you to meet their ambassadors, sample products and services and learn more about what supplements and treatments may work for you.

As Living360’s editor Anna Evdokimou says: “From day one, Living360 has been dedicated to providing women with better education around hormone health. Following our 2024 Menopause Campaign and recent Made to Move panel, this partnership feels like a natural next step in our mission to better inform and empower women.”
